Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FMCG, 4 on 4 off

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Rochester is recruiting for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG site. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventive maintenance on automated production lines.

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off days shift. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG environments, knowledge of CMMS, and a track record of reducing downtime and improving reliability.
