Midlands Region | Mobile Role £38,000 – £43,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Vehicle

A leading Building Services and Facilities Management contractor is looking for an experienced AC & HVAC Service Engineer to join its growing team covering the Midlands region.

The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial AC and HVAC systems.
• Service and repair of split, VRV/VRF, chiller, AHU and ventilation systems.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
• Completion of compliance and F-Gas documentation.
• Occasional installation and commissioning works.
• Use of tablet-based CAFM systems.
• Participation in an on-call rota.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• F-Gas certification.
• Experience servicing commercial AC and HVAC systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• C&G/NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• Electrical qualifications.
• Installation and commissioning experience.
