Job Description

Join Userled.io as a Product Engineer to build the future of AI-native marketing. Working directly with GTM teams, you’ll ship daily, solve complex identity resolution problems, and integrate cutting-edge AI models.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • True product ownership where you lead projects from ambiguous briefs to shipped solutions, working directly with customers to define the product roadmap.
  • Backed by LocalGlobe and elite angels from Incident.io and Tessian, joining a high-growth team of 30 scaling to 50 within the next year.
  • High-velocity shipping environment where every developer gets Claude Team, Cursor, and a dedicated budget for any AI tools needed to accelerate delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Architect and build full-stack features using Go microservices and React/Next.js interfaces to handle hundreds of millions of monthly events and CRM records.
  • Design and implement AI-powered features for content generation and account intelligence using LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Vertex AI.
  • Orchestrate complex event pipelines and identity resolution systems across Kafka, Postgres, Redis, and BigQuery to power real-time personalization at scale.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications at a startup, with professional experience in Go, TypeScript, or cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
  • Strong product sense and a bias for action, comfortable moving forward without detailed specs to solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with high-scale data infrastructure, such as event-driven systems, identity resolution, or managing complex third-party integrations like Salesforce and LinkedIn Ads.
