About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a large engineering and operational team to deliver exceptional site performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement across safety, reliability, productivity, and service.
- Moving the operation from reactive maintenance to predictive, data‑led asset management.
- Using technology, insight, and innovation to improve uptime and extend equipment life.
- Identifying and delivering efficiency opportunities that improve cost performance and customer outcomes.
- Managing CAPEX priorities and understanding the impact of engineering decisions on P&L performance.
- Building capability, coaching future leaders, and creating a culture where people thrive.
- Setting a clear vision for the future and bringing teams along on the journey.
- Working cross‑functionally with operational leaders to ensure engineering is a true strategic partner.

- Senior leadership experience within engineering, manufacturing, logistics, automotive, or highly automated environments.

- Strong commercial awareness, including CAPEX planning and cost control.
- Confidence using data and insight to solve problems and improve performance.
- The ability to engage teams, influence stakeholders, and build a winning culture.
- A hands‑on understanding of engineering or maintenance principles, with enough technical grounding to challenge and support effectively.
