Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Bristol – Full Training Provided

We are looking for motivated individuals to benefit from our industry‑leading training program, incredible financial rewards, and unlimited progression structure. This sales‑based role is the link between candidates and clients within the Engineering, Energy, IT, and Construction sectors across UK, US, and European markets.

Location: Exeter, Southernhay (Bristol office) – Flexible working available. Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE 35‑40K year one) with progression opportunities. The final salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and skill set.
