Your new role

As our new Senior Air Quality Consultant, you will provide air quality services for internal and external clients covering industrial, residential and commercial development projects and assist in the development of junior staff. The role will involve the undertaking of national and international projects. Therefore, notwithstanding that the position will be predominantly desk based, occasional travel may be necessary. Other locations can be considered for suitable candidates but not guaranteed.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the development of new tools and techniques to improve the delivery of air quality services

Your new team

You will be part of our Air Quality and Climate Department and help provide day to day delivery of air quality assessments, assisted by more senior colleagues. You will be part of a worldwide practice, characterised by the highest level of technical and scientific skills, informed by the specific needs of our clients. In the UK we work on a wide variety of air quality projects including environmental impact assessments of major developments, large infrastructure schemes, urban developments and assessments of industrial emissions for both planning and permitting. Other work includes dust and odour nuisance assessments, air quality monitoring projects, international ESHIA projects, and indoor air quality assessments.

About you

From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company. Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.

These include:
