Senior Catering Manager – 7-School Cluster, Birmingham

Shire Services in the Birmingham area seeks a Senior Catering Manager to supervise a cluster of seven schools. Based at one of our Birmingham Schools, you will oversee food preparation, stock management, kitchen team leadership, and service setup while ensuring allergen compliance and safety.

The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, 44.98 weeks per year, with a base schedule Monday to Friday 8am–2pm, term-time plus three cleaning days. Salary is £14.82–£16.08 per hour.
