AI Governance & Innovation Lawyer

Weightmans is seeking a UK-qualified lawyer to join the Product & Innovation team to advise on AI, GenAI and emerging technologies in a professional services context. The role focuses on governance, risk management and practical guidance for responsible use of AI across client solutions.

You will help develop AI governance frameworks, supervise models, and translate complex regulatory considerations into actionable guidance while supporting training and thought leadership within the firm.
