Senior Social Worker – Family Safeguarding & MASH

Lewisham is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Families First Contact Point (FFCP). This role sits in a multi-disciplinary team, making key decisions about the right help and support for children and families using the Lewisham Family Help Continuum of Need.

You will screen contacts, conduct triage, visit families for assessments, and use Signs of Safety and trauma-informed approaches to deliver interventions. Collaboration and continuous professional development are essential.
