Head of Health, Safety & Quality (ISO 9001)

Midwich is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Quality Manager (UK&I) to own the audit and requirements, lead a team, and drive the Group’s H&S, quality, and continuous improvement framework across UK & Ireland. You will evolve the ISO 9001:2015 system ahead of 2026 recertification and ensure compliant procedures across sites.

You will report to the UK Management Team, steward risk assessments, and champion best practice to safeguard colleagues and operations.
