Marketing Data Analyst Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and collating marketing and customer data from various sources, including CRM systems and digital platforms
• Support data cleansing, validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation patterns and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in producing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Present data and insights in a clear and understandable way to support decision‑making
• Work alongside the Marketing Customer Data Lead and wider business teams on data‑driven marketing projects
• Support the development of customer journey and customer engagement initiatives
• Help maintain high standards of data governance and privacy compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the Marketing and Customer Data function
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and best practices in analytics and data management

Qualifications
