Strategic Shift Manager, Central Operations (1-Year Contract)

Amazon is seeking a Central Operations Shift Manager for a 1 year fixed-term contract in the UK. You will oversee daily headcount planning for delivery stations, allocate labor, and make rapid decisions in a fast-paced environment to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

You will use analytics to improve processes, lead a 10+ person shift, and communicate status to Area Managers while ensuring SOP and SLA adherence. Flexibility to work weekends/nights is required.
