Team Leader – On‑Site Maintenance & People Leadership

Parkwood Holdings, Stapleford, is seeking a proactive maintenance supervisor to support the delivery of programmed maintenance. You will assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders, take responsibility for on-site works, timekeeping, breaks, and interactions with visitors and deliveries, and lead by example.

The role involves operating company and hire vehicles and equipment, ensuring daily checks and servicing are recorded, maintaining discipline, and undertaking additional duties as required
