We are searching for a Service Advisor for our Bristol North dealership.
We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team in Bristol (Patchway) and you must be enthusiastic, outgoing and a process driven individual who puts customer service at the forefront of all they do.
As a Service Advisor at Drive Motor Retail, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements, and ensuring their experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.
- Basic Salary of £28,000 – Potential earnings are un-capped but are averaged at £37,000+ per annum.
- Our top earners are averaging around £1000 bonus achievement per month.
- Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities:
- These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.
- As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
- Booking and arranging customers vehicles into the service department.
- Engaging with existing customers
- Selling and advertising our dealerships services and products.
- Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager
Requirements:
- Comply with Health & Safety Procedures
- Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Well-mannered and ready to go the extra mile for our customers.
