Warehouse Team Lead: KPI Focus, Safety & People

The Martin-Brower Co. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to plan and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives on a daily basis and ensure daily workloads are met.

The role requires maintaining audit readiness across Health & Safety, Employment Law, Food Safety and hygiene standards, and covering Shift Managers’ holidays and absences. You will work with the WMS system, supervise loading operations, and uphold company standards for safety and efficiency.
