Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in e-commerce.
- We need proven experience managing IT infrastructure within a fast-paced business.
- We require strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows environments.
- We are looking for a proactive leader with experience leading or coaching team members.
- We need strong problem-solving skills, a hands‑on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- We expect experience with networking, cyber security, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft, Cisco or CompTIA certifications would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- We will take ownership of the day-to-day management, performance and security of our IT infrastructure.
- We will lead, mentor and develop a 1st/2nd Line Systems Administrator, providing guidance and supporting their professional development.
- We will manage servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and end-user environments.
- We will maintain office infrastructure including Wi‑Fi, networking equipment and VoIP systems.
- We will ensure backups, disaster recovery and business continuity plans remain effective and up to date.
- We will oversee hardware procurement, device deployment and secure onboarding and offboarding processes.
- We will deliver infrastructure upgrades, technology projects and continuous system improvements.
- We will produce and maintain technical documentation, policies and operational procedures.
- We will work closely with internal departments to support business-critical systems and projects.
- We will manage relationships with external IT suppliers and technology partners.
- We will identify opportunities to strengthen cyber security, improve resilience and enhance operational efficiency.
