AI-Enhanced IT Helpdesk Analyst (6-Month Contract)

Macfarlane Packaging is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst for a temporary contract of approximately six months to support colleagues across the UK at our Coventry location. The role offers exposure to a modern Microsoft 365 environment and AI-enabled support tools.

You will provide first and second line IT support, troubleshoot Windows 11 and core business apps, and help maintain IT services during a period of team change. A full UK driving licence and strong communication are essential.
