Chetwood Bank is seeking a Complaints Handler on a 12-month FTC in Wrexham. You will investigate complaints, gather evidence, and ensure cases are resolved fairly and promptly in line with FCA regulations.
You will manage records in the CRM, identify trends, and contribute to service improvements while supporting vulnerable customers and maintaining high standards of customer care. Hybrid working is offered.
