Community Support Lead — Home Care & Local Services

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Community Support Co-ordinator to deliver care services across the locality. You will manage a team of Home Carers and coordinate assessments and schedules in line with Supporting Your Independence guidelines.

This 35-hour-per-week, permanent post located in East Kilbride offers a competitive salary (£42,228–£43,158) and benefits, including a local government pension scheme. Applicants must meet SSSC registration requirements and may need PVG checks.
