Leisure Centre Duty Manager — Lead, Inspire & Elevate

Places Leisure is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our leisure centre, lead a large team, and take charge of recruiting and training staff.

You will handle customer concerns, drive up memberships, and prepare reports for meetings, representing Places Leisure with a focus on excellent service.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, and is on-site with opportunities for personal development.
