Emergency Planning & Resilience Officer (Hybrid)

Leeds City Council is seeking an Emergency Planning Officer to help protect communities and strengthen resilience across Leeds. The role requires a full driving licence and participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota to support incidents when required.

You will contribute to developing and maintaining emergency and business continuity plans, delivering training and exercises, and coordinating with internal services and external partners to ensure readiness and compliant practice.
