As the Services Delivery Lead at Plentific Ltd, you will oversee the seamless deployment of our property management solutions for major enterprise clients. You will manage complex delivery lifecycles, ensuring technical alignment and operational excellence. What You Will Do

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of Plentific’s services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to align delivery strategies with customer requirements and business goals.
• Act as a senior point of contact for enterprise clients, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance throughout the implementation process.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in delivery management or professional services within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, ideally within the PropTech or FinTech space.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing complex, large-scale projects and navigating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating technical requirements into clear project milestones and successful business outcomes.
