Job Overview
Lead First Aider with some Student Centre Receptionist and Attendance Administration duties. Part‑time, term time only, 34.5hours per week. 5days of INSET per week, Monday to Friday, starting at 8.30am. GradeJG4, pay range £26,403–£28,142 per annum (pro‑rata) which equates to £21,624–£23,048 on a 34.5‑hour week.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer first aid and health and welfare support for students.
- Manage student centre reception duties and attendance administration as required.
- Attend 5 INSET days per term to undergo training and develop skills.
- Maintain records and report on safeguarding incidents in accordance with school policy.
- Support the general management of the school as necessary.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a similar first‑aid or reception role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good level of ICT competence.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to undertake safeguarding and child protection training and to pass the required DBS and enhanced DBS checks.
