Duty Manager – Premier Inn, Trowbridge

Location: St Stephens Place, Trowbridge, BA14 8AH

Salary: £35,915 per year (estimated) – up to £13.86 per hour for a 24‑hour work week.

Contract: Fixed term until 28th September 2026 (no zero‑hour contracts)

• Lead a reliable, high‑performing team to deliver a welcoming, safe and brilliant hotel experience.
• Apply your experience in retail or similar settings to drive customer experience and manage staff.
• Oversee health & safety standards and day‑to‑day operations to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Use excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills to inspire the team.
