Quality Assurance Technician – Hybrid (Food Safety)

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure the quality and safety of fresh products from receipt to end user. You will report to the Food Safety Manager and monitor compliance with food safety standards and quality management protocols.

The role includes verifying suppliers, maintaining temperature records, completing documentation, and supporting pest control closures with the Food Safety team. Hybrid working may apply with on-site presence.
