About the Trust
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) provides mental health, learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental services to people living in the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the Chief Finance Officer, Deputy Chief Finance Officer, Director of Performance & Insights and the Business Manager to the Chief Finance Officer.
- Manage complex diaries and facilitate delivery of meetings, including agenda setting, paper distribution and minute taking.
- Provide financial support by raising requisitions using the in‑house purchasing system.
- Act as a central point of contact and expert for queries and information within the directorate.
- Produce documents using appropriate software packages, adhering to Trust templates and Directorate presentation standards, and meeting deadlines with high accuracy.
- Meet and greet visitors, create a welcoming environment and offer refreshments as required.
- Develop working relationships with key people within the directorate and across the Trust to support and develop the business of the directorate.
- Play an active part in developing and achieving a culture of performance management.
- Support Board sub‑Committees and deputise for the Business Manager to the Chief Finance Officer when required.
