Senior Hearings Operations Manager

hireful is recruiting on behalf of a UK statutory regulator for an Operations Manager (Hearings). You will lead hearings operations, ensure cases are managed in line with statutory requirements, and drive continuous improvement across the hearings lifecycle.

You will manage a high-performing team, build strong relationships with registrants and representatives, and use data to inform decisions while upholding equality, diversity and inclusion in hearings.
