Complaints & PALS Coordinator – Flexible Shifts

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a capable administrator to support the Complaints & PALS Manager in managing complaints processes and NHS policy compliance. This role involves liaison with staff at all levels, handling sensitive information and promoting the complaints service.

You will contribute to delivering timely, effective resolutions for patients and carers, coordinating documentation and supporting governance reporting across services in Surrey.
