Pension Change Delivery Lead

Smart is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to deliver change into the Smart Pension Master Trust (SPMT). You will lead local SPMT initiatives, manage product changes across entities, and drive workstreams within strategic programmes.

You will oversee scope, planning, delivery, and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery, regulated compliance, and clear benefits realisation across multiple teams and third parties.
