Shift Leader: Customer-First Retail Operations

One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, is seeking a Shift Leader to drive store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will run duty shifts, coordinate a team, and deliver a clean, well-presented store that exceeds customer expectations.

You will coach colleagues on the floor and focus on improving service, store performance, and safety. You will act as a keyholder and support Store Manager with daily priorities and store improvements.
