Shift: Nights Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation within a high-risk, food production environment.
This role is accountable for delivering daily operational performance, ensuring output, efficiency, food safety, quality and health & safety standards are consistently achieved in line with customer specifications and legislative requirements.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work cross‑functionally with Planning, NPD, Technical, HR, Engineering, Hygiene and Health & Safety to ensure production plans are delivered safely, efficiently and right first time.

About You
You will be a strong operational leader with proven experience managing food manufacturing teams.
- Experience leading teams within a food production environment
- Demonstrable delivery of KPI performance in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and man‑management capability
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation
- HACCP Certification
- Food Safety
- Level 3IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
- Experience conducting investigations and risk assessments
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Food Technology or related field
- CI and efficiency improvement experience
