Retail Supervisor: Lead Sales Team & Service Excellence

Charles Tyrwhitt in London is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate the sales team at our new Oxford Street store opening Oct 2026. This 40-hour contract requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will focus on delivering superb customer service, driving sales, coaching colleagues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations in line with CT policies and health & safety guidelines.
