You will lead a fast-paced operation, ensure output, quality and safety, and partner with Planning, Technical, HR and Engineering to deliver production plans safely and right first time.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading food manufacturing teams, strong KPI delivery, and solid knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
