South Lanarkshire Council is recruiting a Community Support Co-ordinator in Cambuslang/Rutherglen to lead a Home Carers team and coordinate care services for vulnerable residents.

You will assess care needs, monitor delivery within timescales, and use IT systems effectively. The post requires SSSC registration within 3 months of starting and offers 35 hours per week on a permanent basis.
