Deputy Manager for Children’s Home – Lead Care & Team

Compass Community is hiring a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, child-centred care in a residential setting.

You will supervise staff, lead shifts, create rosters, and ensure safeguarding and policy compliance while supporting placement plans and education. Applicants should have NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, at least two years of relevant experience, be 22+, and hold a valid driving licence.
