Overview
We are hiring a Compliance Manager for a fast‑growing AI‑enabled proptech business. The role reports directly to the General Counsel and collaborates closely with senior leadership in AML, data protection, lettings regulation, training, acquisitions, and AI governance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and frameworks. Own and operate the AML framework and act as MLRO for the company. Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations.
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience implementing and operating compliance programs. Strong knowledge and experience in AML, with the ability to act as MLRO. Experience within property, lettings, estate agency, or similarly regulated environments is advantageous. Familiarity with high‑growth, technology‑enabled businesses is a plus.
