Part-Time Cat Charity Shop Lead

Cats Protection in Aldridge is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to support day-to-day shop activity and hit sales targets. This permanent role is 21 hours per week on a rota, including weekends, and offers opportunities to work with volunteers in a busy retail environment.

You will assist the Shop Manager, act as brand ambassador for the charity, and help manage stock, cash handling and daily KPI reporting, contributing to the charity’s mission to improve life for cats.
