Strategic Research Operations Lead (Hybrid, SC)

TXP is seeking a Lead Research Operations Manager to support a government client by improving and scaling research operations in London, Bristol, or Manchester. You will work on enhancing research delivery efficiency and removing operational barriers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a leadership role within Research Operations, improving processes and stakeholder management. The contract is for 6 months with potential to extend, offering a daily rate of £675 inside IR35.
