Public Estates Project Manager – Major Capital Works

Amey is recruiting a permanent Project Manager to lead lifecycle, minor works and capital projects across PFI school portfolios and complex facilities. The role is mobile across the North of England and requires a valid UK driving licence, with a company car provided.

Standard hours are 40 per week, Mon–Fri. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
