Corporate Transactions Associate – M&A, PE & VC

Stevens & Bolton LLP is seeking a technically strong Associate for our corporate team, handling mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings and broader corporate advisory work for FTSE 100 to high-growth clients.

The role is full time and permanent with flexible remote/hybrid working; staff are encouraged to be in the office at least two days per week to sustain collaboration and client service.
