Senior IFM Contract Leader – High-Profile Heritage Campus

University of Greenwich is seeking an IFM Contract Manager for Greenwich to lead the Hard FM and integrated services across a historic campus. You will report to the Head of Facilities Operations and oversee a large operations team serving a UNESCO World Heritage site.

You will drive operational delivery, performance and client relationships, coordinating Hard FM / IFM services with strategic partners and stakeholders to deliver a high-profile facilities management program.
