Senior Bid Coordinator – Central Region (Hybrid)

Hoare Lea in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to join our Central Region in a hybrid role supporting work-winning activity. The role sits at the top end of bid delivery, near bid writing and management responsibilities, with the potential to progress to Bid Manager over time.

You will coordinate proposals, manage documents, maintain CRM data, and support framework submissions while liaising with senior stakeholders.
