Night Operations Lead: Guest Experience & Safety

Imperial London Hotels seeks an Assistant Night Manager for the Royal National Hotel in London. The role covers a 44-hour week on a 4-on/3-off rota, deputising for the Night Manager and guiding a team of 15+ night staff to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless handovers of financial information and KPI targets.

You will lead the night team, uphold safety and service standards, recruit and develop staff, and sustain a proactive, collaborative atmosphere through check-in to check-out.
