Project Coordinator (Part-Time, 12-Month FTC)

We are supporting an organisation in their search for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a highly visible role working closely with a senior Project Lead, acting as a trusted right-hand to help coordinate delivery across a range of business‑critical transformation initiatives. This position sits at the centre of multiple projects and stakeholder groups, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and momentum to a fast‑moving environment.
The Role
This is a hands‑on coordination role, requiring strong organisation, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Tracking actions, deadlines and project milestones
- Preparing project updates, documentation and reports
- Drafting communications and updates on behalf of senior stakeholders
- Attending meetings and presenting progress updates
- Acting as a key connector across multiple teams and workstreams
- Supporting technology and process transformation initiatives
- Assisting with change management activities and stakeholder engagement

- Salary: Up to £50,000 pro‑rata (4‑day week)

About You
- 3–5 years’ experience within project coordination, business support or executive support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Proactive, responsive and solutions‑focused
- Able to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
- Calm, professional and collaborative in approach
- Adaptable and comfortable working within a changing environment
