Customer Care Operative

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Customer Care Operative based in Devon to deliver carpentry and basic drylining remedials across new build projects in the Southwest.

The position is permanent, offers £18–£20 per hour paid via CIS, and requires a 40‑hour working week with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Work on both occupied and vacant properties in the Southwest.
• Complete remedial work on doors, skirting, architraves and dry lining.
• Manage travel schedules efficiently and keep a well‑organised diary.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (blue or gold preferred).
• Own tools and transport.
• Strong organisational skills.

Benefits

• Mileage paid at 55p per mile for the first 10,000 miles and 25p thereafter.
