Job Summary

Transformation Change Manager – Locations: London, Manchester, Edinburgh – Career Level: Manager (CL7)

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, and Salesforce.
• Manage key elements of the change lifecycle: business transformation vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behaviour change, communications, behavioural and data science, change measurement, operating model and technology enablers.
• Lead change impact assessment teams, build and oversee intervention plans.
• Develop and deliver communication strategies, storytelling, and digital & AI‑enabled tools.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and build learning strategies and content.
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability growth and thought leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record managing enterprise transformational change programmes, ideally underpinned by SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce.
• Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and influencing others.
• Leadership experience and ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate client business context.
• Passion for innovation, technology trends and data‑driven change.
• Experience in agile methodologies and evolving technologies.
