Quality & Continual Improvement Advisor

Scottish Power Transmissions is seeking a Continual Improvement Quality Advisor on a 12‑month contract, based in Blantyre. The role supports embedding change into business‑as‑usual processes and oversees improvement initiatives across the Quality Team.

You will coordinate working groups, train staff, define KPIs, and manage internal audits to ensure compliance and auditable outputs.

Full‑time hours with Inside IR35 options via umbrella or PAYE, and ongoing professional development are available.
