European Warehouse & Logistics Lead

POP MART is seeking a Warehouse Manager – Europe Operations to oversee the European RDC in Belgium and manage inbound/outbound activities, stock accuracy and e‑commerce fulfilment across Europe. You will drive performance with 3PL partners and coordinate with Retail, E‑commerce and IT teams to support growth.

The role requires hands-on logistics leadership, strong warehouse operations experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex cross‑border environment.
