Data-Driven Reporting Analyst (Hybrid)

Transport for London is seeking a Reporting Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will support a team transitioning to automated BI reporting, delivering dashboards, MI and performance reports to inform decisions at senior levels.

You will help embed Power BI, advanced Excel and Power Apps to automate processes, while upholding GDPR and strong data governance. You’ll join the Contact Centre Operations team, delivering outputs that inform strategic planning and service improvements.
