Product Management Associate (12-Month) — Music Focus

ABRSM in London is seeking a Product Management Associate on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support the Product team, help coordinate workstreams, and ensure deliverables are visible across the organisation. You will contribute to improving product delivery and cross-team collaboration.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line customer service by answering enquiries with in-depth knowledge of ABRSM’s product offer, helping learners and teachers navigate exams, sheet music, recordings, apps and courses.
